Traveling Alone? A Short Stay or Individualized Interests- PanAmerican Properties, Inc. can
arrange a custom real estate tour tailored to your special needs or interests.
Our custom daily package includes transportation and a trained guide to show you properties in the
Metropolitan Area of Panama.
Your day will begin at 8:00 am being picked up at your hotel or temporary residence. You will
be shown the properties or areas of Panama
in which you have expressed an interest. The range of the tour can extend from Panama
City to Portobelo/Colon, Chepo/Bayano, or Corona/El Valle. You will be returned to your hotel
around 4:00 pm the same day.
Price includes transportation appropriate to the area visited and a trained professional guide.
Not included are meals, drinks and gratuities.

Sunday, day one:
Welcome to Panama! We hope you will enjoy
your visit to our beautiful country. Upon arrival at the Tocumen International airport, we will be waiting outside baggage
claim area to transfer via modern air condition transportation to the hotel Country Inn and Suites situated at Amador on the
banks of the Panama Canal. The Country Inn and Suites gives you plenty of open air areas
to walk, or take in the natural beauty of the Panama Canal.
Monday, day two:
Continental breakfast at your leisure. At 8:00 a.m. a brief seminar will be held to inform you on the benefits of living in
the Republic of Panama.
To see the Panama Canal at work we will go to the spectator stands located at Miraflores
Locks. Transportation will be provided for viewing of the properties located in the Cerro Azul mountainous region of
Panama located within the city limits and the former Canal
Zone area. Return to the hotel, evening free for personal activities. **note: scheduling
may change due to times of ship transit.**
Tuesday, day three:
Continental breakfast at your leisure with a brief seminar on investing in Panama.
At 8:00 a.m. be ready to visit the breathtaking real estate located one hour and 30 minutes drive to Altos de Maria located
in the interior of the country. Here you will find prime real estate filled with creeks, surrounding mountains, fresh
air, close to the beaches and central provinces. At
approximately 2:00 p.m. we will continue our journey to Coronado
Beach or the El Valle area. This is an all day affair due to the
distances involved. Return approximately 7 p.m. to the hotel, evening free for personal activities.
Wednesday, day four:
Continental breakfast at your leisure with a seminar on retirement, immigration and other legal considerations of your move
to Panama. Check out of hotel recommended
early in the morning or the previous night, due to our morning transfer to the Marcos A. Gilabert airport for our domestic
flight to the province of Chiriqui.
Our flight on Aeroperlas departs in the morning, it’s a one hour flight to the Enrique Malek airport. Upon arrival
you will be met by our representatives and taken to the area of Boquete, the region known as the Switzerland of Panama.
After a short seminar you will be able to view various real estate properties as well as take in the scenic beauty of this
most special area of Panama. Hotel
accommodations will be at the Hotel Panamonte renown for its excellent hospitality and down home atmosphere. For more

Thursday,
day five: After a quiet mountain breakfast and a lecture on banking in Panama you check out of the hotel for a full
day of sightseeing of the many opportunities in Boquete area, our drive will take us Cerro Punta, with an elevation
of 11,450 feet offers cool climate and
an abundance of rich fertile land. Both areas Boquete and Cerro Punta are situated on the sides of an extinct volcano
Baru. At the end of the day, transfer to the Enrique Malek airport for our return flight to the city of Panama. Assistance and transfer provided to the hotel. At 8:30
p.m. we will have dinner at Las Tinajas Restaurant and view the folklore show that is presented. This includes:
round trip transfer from hotel / restaurant / hotel, welcome cocktail, Panamanian snacks, 3 menu choices to choose from, folklore
show. Return to the hotel at approximately 10:30 p.m.
Friday, day six: Continental
breakfast at your leisure. This day is free. You have several options: a fascinating trip to the Colon Free Zone
for duty free shopping until you drop, perhaps a City and Canal tour, or visit to the Embera Indian community.
Saturday, day seven: Continental
breakfast and farewells to your Panama Properties staff. Early morning check out of hotel and transfer to the Tocumen
International airport for your return flight to your city.

and Canal Tour: Panoramic tour of the old, colonial and modsee Miraflores Locks, an interesting example of modern engineering
in operation. On this excursion you will have the opportunity to buy local crafts and enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere

*Full day City & Canal with lunch:
We begin this tour in Panama La Vieja, passing through the
residential areas of Altos de Golf, the banking district, Punta Paitilla and Balboa
Avenue. We continue to the colonial part of the city where we will visit its most important
sites: Parque de la Independencia (Independence Park), Metropolitan Cathedral, French Plaza.
Lunch. We now head to the Canal to see the Miraflores Locks in operation, the Panama Canal Administration building,
the Bridge of the Americas, Amador
area, opportunity to buy local arts and crafts. Length of duration: 7 hours. Minimum of 2 persons $______per person.
*Colon
Free Zone shopping: Your group will be picked up at 7:30 a.m. for the drive to the Colon Free Zone. You must bring
your passport as all purchases will be delivered to the Tocumen International airport for you to pick up upon
your departure to your city. Here you will have the opportunity to purchase items for around the world at great prices
and duty free of course. Return to the hotel approximately at 5:30 p.m. Minimum 2 persons. Cost is $______per person.
*Museum Tour: Anthropologic Panama Canal and Mi Pueblito: This tour includes visiting one of the country’s most important
collection of archeological, anthropological and ethnological material. El museo antropologico an outstanding exhibit
of Panama’s historic role as inter oceanic route from pre-Hispanic
times to the building of the Panama Canal, the Panama Canal museum and also a visit to Mi
Pueblito, a replica of towns that represent the principal ethnic groups of people in our country: Spaniards, Afro Caribbean

*Chagres
River& Embera Indian culture: Visit a community of Embera Indians who settled
in the Chagres river
National park. We will take a motored Indian canoe from Corotu Port across the last side of Lake
Alajuela going up the Chagres river for a 45 minute
ride to Indian community of Embera Dura. You will enjoy the natural beauty of the tropical rainforest sharing customs
and lifestyles of the indigenous population as well as a folkloric presentation. Included lunch prepared by the Indians
and finally a hike through the botanical and medicinal trail guided by expert Embera guides. Duration of tour:
